Cancellations or Appointment ChangesWe consider reservation of our time to be an agreement between our office and the patient. We ask our patients for 48 hours (two business days) advance notice for cancellation of shorter visits, and five business days advance notice to change reservations of two hours or more. We regret that we must assess a charge when patients fail to appear as agreed, or for cancellations with inadequate advance notice. Telephone calls
